Dining with Famille Chic

Le Petit Déjeuner

Tea or coffee served in a breakfast bowl

Fresh fruit
Fromage blanc 
(fresh cheese with a consistency similar to yoghurt)
A slice of last night’s homemade tart 
(apple, apricot, or strawberry)
Toasted tartines/baguette with real butter and homemade jam 
(strawberry, blackberry or orange marmalade)



Déjeuner

Fish and steamed vegetables with a delicate sauce

or

Quiche and salad



Dîner

 Sole with buerre blanc, new potatoes and haricot verts 
Crème caramel

or

Leek soup
Roast chicken with braised endive and new potatoes
Salad
Strawberry tart
Cheese

Salad with select cuts of cured meat from the charcuterie
