The Foot of the Pig Sugar Shack
A restaurant located on a maple farm in Montreal with a reputation for excess.

Described by Phil Rosenthal as a crazy lumberjack-riot-rave festival.

Chef Martin serves up:

~ Caviar from Saint Laurent, eggs from their chickens and cucumber from the garden.

~ Duck heart tartare mixed with oysters.

~ Cauliflower roasted like a steak with shavings of foie gras and cheddar cheese.

~ Bao with mapo tofu and foie gras.

~ Micro octopus on Himalayan salt.

~ Melon cantaloupe salad.

~ Green wedge salad.

~ Classic meat pie consisting of calf brain, sweetbread and foie gras.

~ Pigs end with tripe stew.

~ Maple pie
