The Domestic Goblin is not a huge fan of desserts/puddings, however, there are exceptional times when something makes her jaw drop in disbelief that something could taste so delightful!

~ Maids of Honour Tart from the Original Maids of Honour, Kew
Looks similar to a Portuguese tart but with a sweet-cheesy flavour.
~ Basmati Kheer from Dishoom, Covent Garden (November 2021)
"Silky caramelised basmati rice pudding cooked nicely with vanilla-infused coconut milk, cardamom and cashews. Cooled and layered with blueberry compôte."
