Despite having visited Hong Kong five times, there are still a list of things I have yet to do in Hong Kong:

~ Try durian in-season.
~ Try deep fried stinky tofu.

~ Visit Petite Amanda.
~ Pay my respects to WKK at Tseung Kwan O Cemetery.
~ Go to Shek O Beach.
~ Hop over to Taiwan or South Korea.
~ Go to a good Nepalese restaurant.
~ Visit a good dessert restaurant.
~ Watch the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens
~ Obtain my HK ID card.
~ Dine at the HK Cricket Club, Lawry's Prime Rib etc
~ Hiking on the Hong Kong Trail
