Medicinal / Herbal Soup

Chuen Pui Soup for One Person

Ingredients required:


A handful of chuen pui & lam buk hung and two pieces of mut jo


Pork loin with fat trimmed off (you can also use any meat on the bone such as ribs)


Asian pear (peeled and cored)


Directions:

Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and add two bowls of water


Bring to the boil


Simmer for two hours


Ready to drink!


Note:

Chuen Pui = 川貝 = Sichuan Fritillaria Bulbs 
Lam Buk Hung = 南北杏 = Sweet-bitter Apricot Kernals
Mut Jo = 蜜棗 = Preserved Honey Dates
