Ingredients:
5 eggs
1/3 cup of butter
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of milk
4 Tbsps cornstarch
1 can of whole kernel corn
2 cans of cream-style corn
Directions:
1) Pre-heat oven to 400F.
2) Grease a two-quart casserole dish.
3) Melt butter.
4) In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add the melted butter, sugar and milk. Whisk in cornstarch. Stir in corn, blend well and pour mixture into casserole dish.
5) Bake for 1 hour. Eat and enjoy.
