~ Toothpaste: Kingfisher Mint with Flouride

Kingfisher Natural Toothpaste is the UK’s leading brand of natural toothpaste. It contains no artificial colourings, flavourings, sweeteners or preservatives. Kingfisher isn’t tested on animals and contains no animal products whatsoever. It is GM-free, Vegan and made to Halal and Kosher standards.

Mouthwash: UltraDEX Mint or Sarakan

UltraDex comes from a strong dental professional heritage. Their products contain fluoride; are free from alcohol, colouring and sodium lauryl sulphate; are approved by the Vegetarian Society; are registered with the Vegan Society; and are gluten free.

Sarakan's anti-plaque flouride-free mouthwash contains natural extract of Salvadora persica (the toothbrush tree) to help fight plaque and tartar and to promote and maintain gum health.

~ Deodorant: CeraVe SA Smoothing Cream or Salt of the Earth Crystal Stick Deodorant 

The CeraVe Smoothing Cream contains salicylic acid which (according to Michelle from Lab Muffin Beauty Science) helps to tackle body odour by lowering the pH of your armpits (making it more acidic).

Salt of the Earth is a family-owned business with a factory in Hampshire that is run on 100% renewable electricity. Their crystal stick deodorant is made from 100% natural mineral salt.

~ Cleansing balm: Merumaya Melting Cleansing Balm - recommended by Estée Lalonde

Merumaya was launched in 2012 by Maleka. Maleka's driving force for the brand is for women to find their (beauty) confidence, learn to value themselves and strive for equality. Lead by example. Raise daughters to take their place as equals and feel confident, beautiful, capable, and courageous. Raise sons to love and admire their female equals.

~ Sanitary towels: Natracare

Uses 100% organic cotton. Plastic-free and chlorine-free. Every year Natracare proudly donates 1% of their turnover to environmental causes.

~ Moisturisers: 

Fulvic Face Cream from Victoria Health (recommended by Nigella Lawson). Domestic Goblin prefers to use this product in the morning after cleansing. Key Ingredients include:

Olay Complete SPF15 (recommended by Dr Dray). Domestic Goblin uses this product in the morning after cleansing.

~ Treatments: 

Acwell Licorice PH Balancing Toner. Domestic Goblin likes to apply this product by patting with her hands when she needs to even out her skin texture.

Garden of Wisdom 100% Prickly Pear Seed Oil (recommended by Nigella Lawson). Domestic Goblin uses this product once a week in the evening.

iUnik Tea Tree Relief Serum (recommended by Skincare with Hyram). Soothes and calms skin. Domestic Goblin uses this to avoid or to minimise a breakout.

~ Hand wash: Faith in Nature Avocado or Coconut

Faith in Nature was founded in 1974 by Rivka.

Domestic Goblin likes to use the Avocado Body Wash as a hand wash.

~ Hand cream: E45 Daily 

The E45 products really helped to rescue Domestic Goblin's dry winter skin.

~ Shampoo: Keratase Bain Vital Dermo Calm

Calms Domestic Goblin's scalp. Tried other brands but always come back to this one.

~ Shower scrub: Rub Rub Rub by Lush

Made with self preserving fine sea salt. Scented with mimosa, orange flower and jasmine.

~ Sunscreen: Sunsense, Altruist 

Sunsense is Australian-made with Australian conditions in mind.

Altruist promises that for every product sold, 10p is donated to charities that support children with albinism in Africa.
